Claudette D. Gallant

WESTFORD - Claudette D. (Guerin) Gallant, age 78, died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, surrounded by her familyfollowing a brave battle with cancer.She was born in Lowell on August20, 1939, a daughter ofthe late Albert and Lorraine (Savageau) Guerin. Claudette was educated in Lowell schools and moved to Billerica in 1964to raise her family.Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a software specialist at RCA/GE in Burlington for many years. In 2004, Claudette moved to Westford to care for her granddaughter. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing puzzles and cheering on the Boston Red Sox.Claudette is survived by her three children, Susan Mullins and her husband Thomas, of Billerica, Rick Geoffroy and his wife Lisa, of Chelmsford, and Robin Franz and her husband Kurt, of Westford. She also leavesfivegrandchildren, Thomas Mullins, Lauren(Mullins)Halper, Nicholas Geoffroy, Michael Geoffroy and Katarina Franzas well astwo great-granddaughters.She is also survived by her sister, TheresaDamboiseofLowell. She was predeceasedby a brother, Richard Guerin, of Syracuse, NY and a sister, Nancy Downsof Dracut.ARRANGEMENTS - Family and friends may gather to honor and remember Claudette at the J. A. HEALY SONS FUNERAL HOME, 57 N. Main St., WESTFORD, on Saturday morning, Feb. 24 from 9 to 11 o'clock. A Committal Service and Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
