Doris M. Autino

AYER - Doris M. (Milot) Autino, age 91, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 24, 2016 at Apple Valley Center in Ayer after a long illness.She was born in Westford on August 29, 1925, a daughter of the late Ephrem and Albina (Deslauriers) Milot. Doris resided in Ayer since 1961 and was formerly of the Forge Village section of Westford. She was a communicant of St. Mary Parish in Ayer and formerly of St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish in Westford.
Doris was a dedicated mother and grandmother and was very proud of herFrench Canadianheritage. Sheloved French culture, French music and enjoyed attending the festivities during Franco-American weekin Lowell every year. She also enjoyed holiday shopping and decorating.
She is survived by her three children, Allan Autino of Townsend, Linda Cayer and her husband Richard of Tyngsboro and Paula Horn of Ayer; six grandchildren, Allan "AJ" Autino and his wife Wendy, Allison Autino, Stacey Cayer and her partner Vanessa, Jason Cayer and his companion Tiffany, Chelsea Horn and Brennan Horn; two great grandchildren, Noah and Elsie Autino and one on the way; her former daughter-in-law, Kathryn Autino of Townsend; dear friends, Judy and Clem Dumont of Ayer; also many nieces and nephews. She was the former wife of the late Mario Autino and a sister of the late Aimee and Lucien Milot, Irene Robinson, Mildred MacMillan, Lorainne Soubosky, Florette Ellison and Yvette Milot.
ARRANGEMENTS - Relatives and friends may call at the J. A. HEALY SONS FUNERAL HOME, 57 N. Main St., WESTFORD, on Tuesday morning, Nov. 29 from 8:30 until 9:30am. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 10 o'clock at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, 107 N. Main St., Westford. Intermentin St. Catherine Cemetery.
