Douglas John Hall

Douglas John Hall age 77 of Smithton, PA passed away peacefully on July 14, 2021. He was the son of the late Albert and Doris Hall of Westford.

     Doug grew up in the Graniteville section of Westford and after graduating from Westford Academy in 1962 he enlisted in the US Navy in which he served a distinguished career for twenty years.   He enjoyed woodworking, cooking, bluegrass music, and rescuing stray cats. A wonderful and generous husband and father to four grown children.

He is survived by his wife Annette and his children Larry Hall of New Orleans, Louise Pittavino and her husband Bob, Branden Hall and Savannah Hall. His brothers Roger and his wife Wanda Hall of Westford, Former Representative Geoffrey Hall and his wife Pamela of Westford, and Jim Hall of Van Etten, NY. Also many nieces and nephews. His brother Billy passed away in 1997.
