Gisele M. Brule

Gisele M. "Lou" (Boucher) Brule, age 93, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2011 at Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer after an extended illness. She was the wife of the late Leo J. Brule. Lou was born in Westford on March 5, 1918, a daughter of the late Eugene and Bertha (Milot) Boucher. She was a lifelong resident of Westford and a communicant of St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish. Lou was a member of the Poor Clares Guild in Andover and enjoyed reading, cooking and spending her summers in York, ME. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her great grandsons. She is survived by two daughters, Lana Boyd and Paula Brule, both of Westford; two sisters, Claire Briere of Westford and Lana Boucher of Groton; two grandchildren, Kelly Boisvert and her husband Andy of Virginia and Kevin Boyd and his wife Clerissa of Gardner; two great grandsons, Isaac and Jaxon Boyd. Also several nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends may call at the J.A. Healy Son Funeral Home on Sunday, Oct. 2 from 3 until 5pm. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Catherine's of Alexandria Church, 107 North Main St., Westford. Interment in St. Catherine Cemetery.
