NASHUA, NH - Jennifer B. (Lockyer) MacLean, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014 in Lowell.
She was born in Amsterdam, NY on July 15, 1955, a daughter of George Edmund and Mary Lou (Jones) Lockyer of Broadalbin, NY.
Jennifer was a longtime resident of Lowell and was more recently of Nashua, NH. She was raised in Westford, attended Westford Schools and graduated from Westford Academy, Class of 1973.
Earlier in her life, she was a paraprofessional at Lowell High School for several years.
Jennifer was a very creative and artistic person who enjoyed jewelry making. She was also excellent at communicating through sign language. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her former husband, Donald MacLean of Lowell; her two children, Cole MacLean and his fiance, Rebekah Olson and Sara MacLean, all of Lowell; two grandchildren, Layla Rae Bell and Bryce MacLean; a sister, Christine Lockyer and her husband Raymond LaPorte of Princeton; a brother, Jeffrey Lockyer of Springfield; a sister-in-law, Theresa Carlo of Townsend; two nephews, Brandon Lockyer and his wife Sascha of Newton and Nicholas Lockyer of Ayer.
