John Jack J. Kavanagh

John "Jack" J. Kavanagh Jr., 52, of Westford, passed away on August 17, 2012 at his home in Westford. Jack was born in Boston, son of John J. and Christine (Dodge) Kavanagh of Sarasota, FL. He was a lifelong resident of Westford, graduating from Westford Academy and UMass Lowell. Jack had a successful career in computer software sales. In his free time, Jack enjoyed fishing, hunting, skiing, playing hockey, spear fishing, boating and scuba diving. His greatest love was the time he spent with his children and granddaughter, and the time spent on the Cape with his girlfriend. Jack leaves his loving girlfriend, Jane Olson of Marstons Mills, his children, Kristopher Kavanagh of Westford and Jennifer Tucker and her husband Antonio of Manchester, NH, siblings, David Kavanagh and his wife Jill of Charlottesville, VA, Patricia Kavanagh and her husband Gary Goldsmith of Manhattan, NY, Janice Kavanagh of Charlottesville, VA, and Chrissy Chase and her husband Jerry of Pleasanton, CA, a granddaugher, Gabriella Tucker of Manchester, NH, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.Friends are invited to call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday August 21st at St. Catherine's Church in Westford. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Catherine's at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. Cremation is to follow.In lieu of flowers donations in Jack's honor may be made to Esophageal Cancer Awareness Network, P.O.
