Kathleen Mignacca

LITTLETON - Kathleen (Teague) Mignacca, age 47, of Littleton, formerly of Westford, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, surrounded by her loving family and friends after a brief illness. For nineteen years, she was thebeloved wife Anthony Mignacca.

Shewas born in Lowell on December 2, 1969, loving daughter of John J. and Louise M. (Roche) Teague of Westford. Kathy grew up in Westford and attended Westford Academy. She went on to further her education at North Adams College and graduated from RivierCollege where she received her degree in nursing.

Kathy was a Registered Nurse at Boston I.V.F. in Waltham for nine years.

Besides her husband, Anthony, and her parents, John and Louise, she is survived by her two children, Rachel and Mark Mignacca of Littleton; a sister, Alyce Tully and her husband David of Dunstable; a brother, Jonathan Teague of Westford; her mother-in-law, Rosa Mignacca of Everett; brothers and sisters-in-law, Maria Griffen, Nicky Mignacca and his wife Deana, Anna Columbo and her husband Mike, Angelo Mignacca and Michael Mignacca; also many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

MIGNACCA - Family and friendswill gatherto honor and remember Kathy on Friday, Dec. 30 from 4:30 to 7:30pm at ST. CATHERINE OF ALEXANDRIA CHURCH, 107 N. Main St., WESTFORD. Her Funeral Mass will be celebratedon Saturday morning at 9 o'clock in thechurch. Interment to follow at St. Catherine Cemetery.
