Lillian M. Pudsey - Beloved Matriarch

BROOKLINE,NH - Lillian M. (Farmer) Pudsey, 92, a resident of Brookline, NH, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023, with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Eugene W. Pudsey.

Born in Lowell on July 24, 1931, she was a daughter of the late Michael B. Farmer and Mildred (Noble) (Farmer) Pond, the last surviving child of 10 children.

Lillian enjoyed attending services at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses as she was a devoted Jehovah’s Witnesses for over 65 years. She was well known for her hugs in many congregations.

Most important to her was spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Lillian loved to sing. She sang with her children all the time, in the car and at home. She had a beautiful voice. When Lillian and her sister were young, they would go to the radio station WLLH in Lowell and sing on the air.

She leaves six children, Linda Polk and her husband Anthony of Hollis, NH, Ronald Pudsey and his life companion Barbara White of Plainfield, CT, Rachel Lessard and her husband Gary of Hudson, NH, Denise Proulx of Bakersfield, VT, William Pudsey and his life companion Nancy Rich of Brookline, NH and Eugene Pudsey and his life companion Michelle Littlefield; 26 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Lillian was the mother of the late Sharon Batista and Ernest Pudsey, grandmother of the late Ernest Pudsey, III and mother-in-law of the late Robert Proulx, Jr. She was predeceased by her mother's 2nd husband, Frederick Pond, and is survived by his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to Lillian’s Memorial Visitation on Friday, Nov. 17th, from 3 until 6 PM at the Westford Healy Funeral Home, 57 North Main Street, Westford. Interment will be private. There will be a memorial service for Lillian at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 282 Broad St., Hollis, NH at 2:00 pm on Nov. 18^th.
