Linda P. Eldredge

Linda P. (Iwanski) Eldredge, 69, died unexpectedly on September 27, 2024 at Lowell General Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Richard M. Eldredge for 24 years.

Born in Somerville on July 12, 1955 she was the daughter of the late Stasia (Grynkiewicz) and Chester “Chet” Iwanski. She attended school in Somerville and was a graduate of Matignon Cambridge High School and Massachusetts Bay Community College, earning her Associate’s in Business Administration.

Earlier in her career she worked as a secretary for various companies. She later stopped working to stay at home to raise her two children, take care of her aging parents and later her sister, Karen, who has since passed.

Linda loved her kids, her four cats, her cottage in Dennis Port, sewing and shopping. In her earlier years she enjoyed ballroom dancing and listening to music. She was generous with her time and hard not to love.

In addition to her husband Richard, Linda is survived by her children, Josh Florance and Heather Florance; her brother, Chester Iwanski; as well as many other family and friends.

In being Linda’s wishes, all services were held privately. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Westford.
