Linda J. Nee

Mrs. Linda J. (Geysen) Nee, age 67, of Dedham, formerly of Boston, died peacefully on Sunday Oct. 13, 2013, in Westford following a brief battle with cancer.

She was born in Boston on Aug. 7, 1947 daughter of the late Joseph & Freda (Lapper) Geysen.

Linda has worked for the State all of her working life, and prior to her retirement earlier this year, Linda worked for the Commonwealth of Mass. State Lottery Commission for many years.

She is survived by her daughter and a son-in-law, Lisa & Dr. Matthew Cohen of Westford; her son, Thomas W. Nee, III of Dedham; two brothers, Brother Paul Geysen, S.J. of Cambridge, and James E. Geysen of Stoneham; three granddaughters, Amelia, Isabelle and Ella Cohen; also several nieces & nephews.
She was also sister of the late John T. Geysen, and sister-in-law of the late Karen Geysen.

ARRANGEMENTS: At her request, cremation is this week, and there will be no formal services. An informal remembrance will be held on Sat.
