Paula A. (Mulligan) Valcourt … Loving Wife, Mother & Nana

WESTFORD - Paula A. (Mulligan) Valcourt, 70, a Westford resident, passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2023, with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of George E. Valcourt, with whom she shared 51 years of marriage.

Born in Lowell on May 31, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Marion (Fitzpatrick) Mulligan.

Paula was a graduate of Westford Schools and was proud to be from the Forge Village section of Westford. She was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish-St. Catherine of Alexandria Church.

Paula enjoyed spending time away with George and her family at their camp on Diamond Pond in Stewartstown, NH. She loved being a Nana and cherished the time spent with her grandchildren. Paula also loved watching her children and grandchildren’s sporting events. She enjoyed sitting on her porch, rocking in her chair and listening to music. Paula loved tending to her flowers and enjoyed shopping & lunch trips. She loved to watch the Red Sox and Patriots.

In addition to her husband George, she leaves three children, Jeffrey Valcourt and his wife Lyndsey of Westford, Jamie Dancause and her husband Kevin of Mason, NH and Ryan Valcourt and his partner Kim Wilkinson of Peabody; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Olivia and Lily Valcourt; a brother, Michael Mulligan and his partner Darlene Marchand of Hudson, NH. Along with several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. She was sister to the late Dennis Mulligan. 

Relatives and friends are invited to Paula’s Funeral Mass to be Celebrated on Saturday morning, December 9, at 9:00 AM at Blessed Trinity Parish-St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, 107 North Main Street, Westford. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Westford. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to: Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org
