Pauline L. (Milot) Curtis, 84, passed away peacefully, on November 12, 2023. Born on April 1, 1939 in Lowell, MA, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Bernadette (Giard) Milot and special niece of the late Armand Giard.
Pauline was raised in the Forge Village section of Westford, a very close knit section of town. Although spending the majority of her life in Westford, Pauline and family could not go anywhere without her recognizing someone she knew.
Before retiring, “Memere Lunch,” which the kids lovingly referred to her as, worked in the local school cafeteria.
Pauline loved spending the month of July at York Beach, ME surrounded by family, extended family and many friends. She was an avid bowler and participated in a yearly league for the last several years. She loved to travel, especially cruises. For several years she enjoyed going to the Atlantic City casinos by bus, joined by many local “townies,” family and friends, where many memorable moments took place, especially her unforgettable birthday trip.
Pauline had many friends, including some very special friends (the church ladies,) who would get together for dinner after church and meet up at the different charitable events and gatherings in town.
She is survived and will be deeply missed by her children; Michael McNayr of Londonderry, NH, Debra McNayr of Centerville, Cynthia Bennett and her husband Alan, Sandra Cantin and her husband Joseph, Nicole Curtis, all of Westford and Christopher Curtis and his partner Jennifer Lyon of Groton; her six grandchildren, Randy, Rick, Kayleigh and her husband Robert, Cody and his wife Mandy, Hunter and Lizzie; her great-grandchildren, Bennett, Ellie, Bradley and Shay, who lovingly referred to her as “Gigi” and her daughter-in-law, Stacey McNayr.
Pauline was predeceased by her loving son, Randy McNayr; her daughter-in-law, Debra (Morin) McNayr and Pauline’s former husband, Max M. Curtis.
