Richard Scott Kalagher

HAVERHILL - Richard Scott Kalagher, age 45, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Feb. 15, 2021 at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.

He was born in Lowell on Nov. 4, 1975, a son of the late Richard F. Kalagher who passed away in 2016 and the late Paulette D. (St. Onge) Kalagher who passed away in 2017.

Scott was a resident of Haverhill and a graduate of Bishop Fenwick High School in Peabody. He was very proud of his work in the banking industry which he began at the early age of 16.

Scott enjoyed cooking, traveling, and more recently became a marine aquarium enthusiast. He enjoyed spending time at Moody Beach in Maine and loved the ocean. He also admired Thomas Kinkade Disney Artwork, watching the wildlife from his new home, collecting crystals and visiting his sister, Kellie at her studio in Derry, NH. He loved celebrating the holidays and specialy loved giving gifts at Christmas time. Scott was a kind hearted and generous person who would help anyone in need at anytime.

He is survived by his loving sister, Kellie Jeanne (Kalagher) Lally and her husband, John of Windham, NH and his nephew whom he adored, Richard Patrick Lally. He also leaves an uncle and aunt, Bob and Linda Kalagher of Westminster and his cousins and childhood friends, Bobby, Brian, Lisa, Erin, and Caitlin. He also leaves cousins Marc and Claire St. Onge of Wells, ME, Stephanie, Lindsay and Marie Louise St. Onge as well as many other cousins.

ARRANGEMENTS - Funeral Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes or a charity of your choice.
