Roy A. Howell

Roy A. Howell, 68, resident of Westford, died on June 11, 2023 at Lahey Hospital in Burlington. He was the son of the late Gertrude Catherine (Heman) and George Howell.

He was born in Ayer, MA on August 22, 1954. Roy was a 1973 graduate of Nashoba Technical High School. He worked for over 40 years for Murray Printing Company in Westford.

Roy enjoyed hiking and was a collector of action figures, stamps and glassware. However his greatest joy and top priority was always his son Tim, whom he always loved the time spent with.

In addition to his parents, Roy is survived and will be deeply missed by his son, Timothy D. Howell of Nashua, NH; his two brothers, Richard and Robert; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his three brothers, David, Morris and Ray Howell and his sister, Lorna Picorelli-Smith.

Relatives and friends are invited to Roy’s Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 10AM until 12PM at the WESTFORD HEALY FUNERAL HOME, 57 N. Main Street, Westford. Burial will be private.
