Sandra Leone DeMagistris

WESTFORD: Sandra (Orlando) DeMagistris, 80, died her Westford home on Sept. 18, 2015 following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Nicola L. DeMagistris who died in 2002.

She was born in Boston Oct. 3, 1934, she loved to volunteer and worked at the Westford Senior Center, JV Fletcher Library and the Westford Food Pantry.

She is survived by her three children, Luanne Schaffer and her late husband Keith of Hopedale, Nicholas DeMagistris and his wife Marie (Colarusso) of Nashua, NH, and Mark DeMagistris of Westford. She was Grandma and so special to her four grandchildren, Nicholas DeMagistris and his wife Samantha Cummings, Erica Schaffer, Keith Schaffer and Robert DeMagistris and his wife Jennifer Burke. She adored her two Great-Grandchildren, Jameson Robert and Amelia Rose. She was sister of the late Tina O'Donnell and her late husband Edward of Woburn, and loving aunt of Janet DelMare and Devon Glenn.

ARRANGEMENTS: A funeral mass will be held on Sat. Sept. 26, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, 107 North Main St., Westford, MA. Interment will be private. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, Donations in her memory may be made to the Cameron Senior Center, 20 Pleasant St., Westford, MA 01886.
