WESTFORD: Mrs. Shirley I. (Perkins) Tuttle, age 90, of Westford, died on Thursday Nov. 14, 2013, at her home in Westford surrounded by her family. She was the widow of Roger N. Tuttle who died in 2010.
She was born in Lowell on June 23, 1923 daughter of the late George & Mildred (Parrott) Perkins.
Shirley attended Westford Academy and Lasell College. She worked at Mass General Hospital in Boston as a Lab Technician for several years prior to her marriage to Roger in 1946. She enjoyed her children very much, and dedicated her time to raising her family.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Roger & Dorothy Tuttle of Seabrook, NH; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Susan Tuttle of Westford, Judith & George House of Mirror Lake, NH, Janis & Brian Smith of Arundel, Maine, and Stacey & Crocky Jackson of Littleton; also 9 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives & friends are invited to her visitation on Monday, Nov. 18 at the J.A. HEALY SONS FUNERAL HOME, 57 North Main St., Westford, from 3-5 PM. A prayer service officiated by Rev. Suzanne Wade will take place in the funeral home at 5 O'clock. Burial is private.
